Rates apply on physical weight while the following conditions are met:

• Maximum weight per piece up to 100 kg. (22 lb.) under load that can be divided.
• Maximum weight per piece up to 250 kg. (550 lb.) under load that cannot be divided.
• Maximum linear dimensions per piece up to 254 cm. (100 in.)
