1. Select your registration option:
   1. Input your electronic ticket number (13 digits) per ticket; the flight date and airport of flight departure; or,
   2. Input your first and last name, as it appears in your airplane ticket; your flight date, flight number (i.e. 308), and airport of flight departure.
2. Select the passenger.
3. Verify your information and book your preferred seat.
4. Print your boarding pass.

• If you have requested a special service, you must make check-in directly at TAME airport counter, with enough time in advance. (1 HOUR BEFORE).
• If you are traveling with minors or infants, you may not check-in online. We suggest arriving to the airport early to assign your seats together.
• If you don’t have a confirmed space on board, you must request for it at the airline point-of-sale.
• Our routes to the Galapagos Islands (Baltra and San Cristobal) and United States (Fort Lauderdale) are not available for Web Check-in at the moment.
• Check-in online is allowed for only a maximum of 9 passengers per reservation.

FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:

• After check-in online, you must present your printed boarding pass and your valid and original flight documents (identification document, license or passport) directly to the boarding control personnel.
• You must get to the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before the flight scheduled time.
• If you have bags to check, you must arrive to the airport at least 45 minutes prior to flight departure, and address to Web Check-in counters.
• Verify the boarding gate assigned to your flight and pay attention to the boarding announcements.

FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:

• You must arrive to the Tame Web Check-in counter at least 2 hours in advance to flight departure in order to review travel documents and immigration requirement.
• If you are travelling abroad, it is mandatory to submit a proof of your confirmed departure ticket from your country of destination either by air, sea or land, at the check in counter.
• If you have bags to check, report to the airport at least 2 hours before to Web Check-in counters assigned.
• Verify the boarding gate assigned to your flight and pay attention to the boarding announcements.
